I wish I would be invited to those type of releases, that would have been awesome. This Sorento is great, and now that I have had a chance to drive one I'm in love.

@Josh - I just read your comment on the Kia Community Admin profile (My Bad) and just wanted to say thank for your kind words about the ADM Professional Community, which has been a very personal project for me and is one of my most passionate beliefs... Like you, for whatever reason I am driven to make an impact in a positive way on the auto industry and this motivation drives me far more than pay plans or personal reward. I sense that in your own personal makeup, and respect your efforts as being far more valuable than what the dealership you work for expects...

Josh - When building online communities, I never accept the concept of ownership... The technical framework, site structure, etc. has little value relative to the value created by the interaction of multiple people with common interests in something. For example, the ADM Professional Community has value because there are thousands of members and many GB of contributed materials. The concept of ownership is a false perceived value, the real value is created, held and maintained by the members of the community, with each having a various stake in that value determined by their own contributions to that community.

Since starting ADM I have seen dozens of similar communities started, promoted and some have been more successful than others... In the meantime, the ADM Professional Community has continued to grow and evolve. I even create groups that promote other communities that some would see as competing with ADM, and I know their "creators" would say that they do... Do these other communities reciprocate? Almost never, which may be one of the reasons why ADM is more popular and by most measures more successful than the others.... It's like John Lennon once said "You reap the love you sow.." or something like "The love you receive is equal to the love you give...". I probably have the words wrong, but I know the concept well.

When it comes to building online communities for dealerships, customers, suppliers or people working in the car business, the key is to focus more on COMMUNITY and less on eCommerce related objectives like generating leads and capturing traffic that would have gone to the competition.
